This is the only contact channel. There is no contact form on this site, no phone number and no support portal. Messages are read by the editorial team that writes the profiles, and replies come from the same address. Expect a reply within a few working days; corrections with a document attached are handled first.
Reporting a correction
To get a correction processed quickly, include:
- the part number as it appears on this site, and the URL of the profile;
- the field that is wrong — a specification value, a tolerance, a lifecycle status, a substitute entry;
- the manufacturer document that supports the correction, with its revision letter and publication date;
- the test condition or column in that document where the correct figure appears, since the same parameter is often tabulated at several temperatures.
A correction citing a current datasheet revision will be applied to both the English and the Chinese profile, because the two are maintained as the same record.
Requesting a part
Requests for parts that are not in the index are welcome. Say which family the device belongs to, what you are trying to replace or choose, and which constraint is actually binding — cost, package, availability, temperature range or a discontinued footprint. A request that names the constraint is far more likely to be scheduled, because the profile can then be written around the decision you are actually facing.
Rights and privacy requests
Data access, correction, deletion and opt-out requests, and any question about advertising cookies or server logs, go to the same address. The privacy policy sets out the rights available to you and the response times we work to.
What we cannot help with
- Supplying, pricing, sampling or quoting components. PartVault holds no stock and is not a distributor.
- Approving a design, signing off a substitution for a safety-critical application, or providing a conformity or compliance statement.
- Reverse-engineering a product, or identifying a component from a photograph of an unmarked board.
- Commercial placement of articles, links or guest posts. The index does not carry sponsored profiles.
